In the last 20 years, I have traveled the world of cheerleading and worked with some of the best coaches and athletes in the industry. Learning from so many experts and being expose to so many styles has given me the opportunity to build a solid foundation in technique and progression.
With constant safety and education in mind, I start with basic fundamentals and build forward through instruction. The end results are improvement based on core technique which translate to ongoing success and development.
